Premium Magnetic Pickup Tool for Mobility service dog owners who use powered wheelchairs.
Problem:
The service dog owner cannot reach under the dog’s belly to fasten the rear vest clasp, see photo below.
Solution:
User can independently dress their service dog, as the tool’s rare earth magnet manipulates the vest’s magnetic rear clasp. Vest design and clasp selection by Pacific Assistance Dogs Society.

2 versions were produced, the newer “block” handle version, and the well-tested “gooseneck tube” version, which can be seen in the gallery below.
I will note that the “gooseneck tube” version of the tool is being used by 2 service dog owners, which makes me happy. The newer “block” handle version will require more refinement before it will perform at the same level of success.
